Zoe is a understanding, compassionate and non-judgemental counsellor who privileges each individual’s experience and narrative of their own life. The toolbox of resources Zoe holds is stemmed from a strength-based positioning, utilising narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based techniques with art and visual concepts. She facilitates a collaborative space where each individual person can find their own useful tools, resources and preferred narrative to overcome life's many challenges.
